This location has a number of great restaurants near by. It is also a 10 min walk to get to the Roma Termini bus station. We took the leonardo express from the airport then walked to the location with our luggage. The location had someone sitting at the desk up stairs on the 2nd floor. They let us into the room. We felt safe walking around the area at night.

I had a wonderful stay here during my visit to Rome. The location is excellent – situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to both the metro and train station, which made getting around the city super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés just steps away, so you’ll never run out of dining options. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a reliable AC that made the summer heat much more bearable. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and all the necessary amenities were thoughtfully provided. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Considering the quality of the experience, the price was truly amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

I liked the convenient location near the metro and central train station, the polite and accommodating hosts, the free 2-day breakfast at a nearby café, the daily room service with clean towels and bed preparation, and the free coffee machine available all day. The complimentary luggage storage after checkout was also a great convenience.

The host was wonderful, the accommodation was tidy-modest and sufficient. The location is good - an 8-minute walk from the Termini station and a 4-5 minutes walk from the Castro Pretorio metro station.

The location of the place is perfect! Termini Station is 5-6min. away by foot and you can easily reach the most famous sights of Rome in less than 20-25min. using the public transport. The attitude of the staf was pleasant, our room was cleaned and new towels were provided every day.

I was confused a little bit from the reviews on the Hotel, but it was overall good. - Good price value - Close to city center - The receptionist explained the check-in details the day before the arrival and everything was clear, and he offered us bottles of water. - A welcoming atmosphere

You get exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s a simple living close to the metro, buses and the city. The staff are supernice and helpful. When we go back to Rome we wouldn’t hesitate booking this again.

Air conditioning was really good - especially as it was so hot out. Great location, nice staff, and good value for money. Even had a fridge which I didn't know about!

The room is really convenient to spend your days in Rome! It’s pretty close to a metro station who takes you to all turistic places, and there is markets and restaurants around.
